Welcome to Duka La Likes. By signing up and placing an order with us, you automatically accept all the following terms of service whether you read them or not.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
1. General
Duka La Likes will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
We do not guarantee 100% of our acWe do not guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
counts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
You will not upload anything into the Duka La Likes site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/TikTok community.
Private Accounts: If your account is set to "Private" when you order, the order will fail. We will not refund orders for private accounts. Please ensure your account is Public before ordering.
2. Service & Liability
Duka La Likes is in no way affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any Instagram third-party partners.
Risk: You use our services at your own risk. We are not responsible for your account being suspended, deleted, or penalized by Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
Delivery Times: The delivery speeds we offer are estimations only. We will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
Drops: Social media platforms update their systems constantly. If followers or likes drop (disappear), we will try to "Refill" them if the service you bought includes a Refill Guarantee. If you buy "No Refill" services, we cannot restore them.
3. Refund Policy (Strict)
No Cash Refunds: No refunds will be made to your payment method (M-Pesa, Card, or Crypto). After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Duka La Likes.
Reversals: You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
Ban for Disputes: If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban your account from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients' Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
Order Cancellations: Orders placed in Duka La Likes cannot be canceled or refunded once they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Duka La Likes account if the order is non-deliverable.
Misplaced Orders: Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
4. Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Your data (username, email, phone number) is only used to process your orders and contact you regarding service updates.
Payments are processed via secure gateways; we do not store your M-Pesa PIN or Credit Card details on our servers.
