What is Duka la Likes?
Duka la Likes is Kenya's #1 social media marketing panel. We help individuals, creators and businesses grow their social media presence by providing followers, likes, views and comments for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Telegram.
How do I create an account?
Click "Register" on the homepage, enter your email and create a password. That's it β your account is ready in under 30 seconds. No credit card or personal ID required.
Is Duka la Likes free to join?
Yes! Creating an account is completely free. You only pay when you place an order. Minimum order starts from as little as KES 10.
Which platforms do you support?
We support Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Telegram. We are constantly adding new platforms and services based on customer demand.
π Payments
How do I add money to my account?
Go to "Add Funds" in your dashboard, select M-Pesa, enter the amount and follow the instructions. Your balance will reflect instantly after payment is confirmed.
What is the minimum top-up amount?
The minimum top-up amount is KES 100. There is no maximum limit β you can add as much as you need.
My M-Pesa payment went through but balance not added. What do I do?
Wait 2-3 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If balance still hasn't reflected, contact our WhatsApp support with your M-Pesa transaction code (e.g. QGH123ABCD) and we'll resolve it immediately.
Can I get a cash refund?
We do not issue cash refunds. If an order fails or is not delivered, the full amount is credited back to your account balance which you can use for future orders.
Do you accept payments outside Kenya?
Yes! We accept Binance Pay and Bybit for international customers. Uganda and Tanzania customers can also pay via Pesapal which supports MTN MoMo and Airtel Money.
π Orders
How do I place an order?
Go to "New Order", select your platform (e.g. TikTok), choose your service (e.g. Views), paste your profile or post link, enter the quantity and click Order. Your balance will be deducted automatically.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders start within minutes of being placed. Full delivery time depends on the quantity ordered. Small orders (under 1,000) usually complete within 1-2 hours. Larger orders may take up to 24 hours.
My order is stuck on "Pending". What should I do?
Pending means your order is in the queue and will start soon. If it stays pending for more than 1 hour, contact our WhatsApp support with your order ID and we'll check it immediately.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they haven't started yet. Once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel a pending order.
Can I order for someone else's account?
Yes! You can order for any public profile. Just paste their profile or post link when placing the order. The account must be public for delivery to work.
My followers dropped after delivery. Why?
Some drop is normal due to platform cleanups. We offer Non-Drop services for customers who want guaranteed stable delivery. Check our service list for Non-Drop options or contact support.
π Safety
Is it safe to use Duka la Likes?
Yes. We never ask for your social media password. We only need your public profile or post link. We use safe, gradual delivery methods that mimic organic growth to keep your account protected.
Will my account get banned?
Account bans are very rare when using our services correctly. We recommend starting with smaller quantities and gradually increasing. Avoid placing multiple large orders at once on a new account.
Do I need to make my account public?
Yes β your account must be set to Public for followers and views to be delivered. Private accounts cannot receive our services. You can set it back to private after delivery if you wish.
For Instagram β what is "Flag for Review" and why does it matter?
Flag for Review is an Instagram setting that filters incoming followers. If it's ON, our followers will be held in a review queue and not delivered. You must turn it OFF before ordering Instagram followers. Go to Settings β Follow and Invite Friends β Flag for Review β Turn OFF.

How do I contact support?
Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest response. You can also open a support ticket from your dashboard. We respond within minutes during business hours and within 1 hour at night.
Do you accept phone calls?
We do not accept phone calls. All support is handled via WhatsApp messages or support tickets. This allows us to keep records of all conversations and provide better service.
How long does support take to respond?
We aim to respond within 5-15 minutes during the day. At night we respond within 1 hour. Our support team is available 24/7 β no issue goes unresolved.
Can I get a price quote before ordering?
All prices are displayed on our order page β no need to ask for a quote. Simply select your service and quantity to see the exact cost before placing your order.
